Privacy Policy
This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. No personal information goes to our servers
The Fluxketch app contains no third-party SDKs such as analytics, crash reporting or advertising, and does not send usage records to the developer's servers. It does not use device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV), location or contacts.
2. Data that leaves the app
| When | What | Where |
|---|---|---|
| When you import a DWG drawing | The original bytes of that DWG file | The conversion server you set, or the app's default conversion server (HTTPS). The file is deleted from the server as soon as conversion finishes. If you set a PC on the same Wi‑Fi as the server, it may be sent over plain HTTP. |
| When you turn a voice memo into text | The recorded audio | Apple speech recognition (Apple servers). Apple's privacy policy applies. |
| When you tap "find a conversion server" on the same Wi‑Fi | Local network discovery requests | Your local network (only when you tap the opt-in button) |
| When you tap "Upload to iCloud" or "Import from iCloud" | That entire project file | Your own iCloud Drive (the app's folder, Apple). It does not pass through our servers. |
| When you use the work schedule and daily notes (automatic if you are signed in to iCloud) | Schedule items, names, colors and dates; the text and handwriting of daily notes | Your own iCloud (the app's private space, Apple), to keep your other iPads and iPhones on the same Apple Account in sync. It does not pass through our servers, and you can turn it off in Settings › Apple Account › iCloud on your device. |
| When the app checks for a new version | The app identifier (bundle ID) only | Apple App Store lookup (itunes.apple.com). No personal information is sent. |
3. What is stored on your device
- Drawing projects (
.fluxproj), markups, pin photos, notes and voice memos, note pages and report PDFs are all stored in the app's Documents folder on your device and are visible and copyable in the Files app. A project goes to iCloud only when you tap "Upload to iCloud" (see the table above). - The default author name on pins is the device name (for example, "Kim's iPad"). It goes out in report PDFs and shared packages together with names written in pins and comments. Please check before exporting.
- Pin photos are re-saved as JPEG with EXIF and GPS information removed.
- Subscriptions are handled on the device by Apple StoreKit. Only Apple handles payment information.
4. Permissions
Camera and Photos (pin photos), Microphone and Speech Recognition (voice memos), Local Network (finding a conversion server). iPadOS or iOS asks for each permission the first time you use that feature, and you can keep using everything else if you decline.
5. Sending feedback
"Send feedback" in the app opens Google Forms. What you write in the form and what Google collects are subject to Google's privacy policy. We use form responses only to improve the product and reply to you, and delete them once we have replied.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Apple handles all subscription payments, renewals and refunds. We never receive or store payment information such as card numbers. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPad or iPhone, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. See the Terms of Use for details.
